1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tbd22 ("tbd22", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the tbd22 website at tbd22.app, including all products, services, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and payment facilities made available through the platform.

By registering a tbd22 account, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any part of the tbd22 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 2.1 Responsibility of the Player

3 Account Registration

3.2 Account Security & Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your tbd22 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. tbd22 will treat any action taken using your account credentials as authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify tbd22 immediately at [email protected]. tbd22 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As part of its commitment to safe and responsible gaming, tbd22 may at any point request that you complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may require you to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid government-issued photo ID (national identity card, passport, or driving licence), a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address, and proof of payment method ownership. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

tbd22 processes all player transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 4.1 Deposits

4.2 Withdrawals

4.3 Refused or Reversed Transactions

tbd22 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, tbd22 will notify the affected player and may request additional verification before releasing funds. Players must not use the tbd22 platform as a mechanism for transferring funds between payment accounts without genuine gambling activity taking place.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, bonuses, bets, and winnings are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). tbd22 does not support multi-currency accounts. Players depositing via methods that involve currency conversion are solely responsible for any exchange-rate costs incurred.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, tbd22 offers bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All such offers are subject to the specific promotional terms published alongside each offer, which should be read in conjunction with these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your tbd22 account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 20x) will be clearly stated in the promotional terms for each offer. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified. Any bonus funds remaining after the expiry of the validity period, along with associated winnings, will be forfeited automatically.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

tbd22 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk; exploiting promotional terms in a manner clearly outside their intended purpose; and using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic or eligibility restrictions on promotional offers. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus funds and associated winnings voided and may have their account permanently closed.

5.3 tbd22's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

tbd22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not retroactively worsen the terms applicable to a bonus already credited to a player's account. Players who have already opted into a promotion and received bonus funds will be able to complete their wagering requirements under the terms in place at the time the bonus was credited.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered tbd22 player, you agree at all times to use the platform in good faith, in compliance with these Terms, and in a manner that does not harm other players, the platform, or third parties. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the tbd22 platform:

• Registering more than one tbd22 account or assisting another person to do so in order to circumvent these Terms.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to place bets or interact with the platform without human input.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any winnings generated through a technical error must be reported to tbd22 immediately and are not withdrawable.
• Using the tbd22 platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or disputes with payment providers in bad faith after a legitimate transaction has been completed on tbd22.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tbd22 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the tbd22 platform using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to disguise your true location in order to circumvent eligibility restrictions.
• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or otherwise exploiting any content, data, or software from the tbd22 platform without express written permission.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the tbd22 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, interface design, and source code — is the property of tbd22 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The tbd22 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of tbd22. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use tbd22's intellectual property other than as strictly necessary to access and use the platform for its intended purpose.

7.1 Restrictions on Use

You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or otherwise use any content from the tbd22 platform for any commercial purpose without obtaining prior written authorisation from tbd22. Unauthorised use of tbd22 content may give rise to a claim for damages and/or may constitute a criminal offence.

7.2 Third-Party Game Providers

Games available on the tbd22 platform are supplied by third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and others. These providers retain all intellectual property rights in their respective games. tbd22 makes these games available to players under licence. Players must not attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or extract any game software made available through the tbd22 platform.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

tbd22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where tbd22 has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, or where it is necessary to do so to protect the integrity of the platform, comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations, or prevent financial crime.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request the voluntary closure of their tbd22 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, tbd22 will process any outstanding legitimate withdrawal of real-money funds (excluding bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe. Once closed, an account cannot be reopened except at the sole discretion of tbd22.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. tbd22 will notify players by email prior to a dormancy charge being applied. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account may do so by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.
